FAQs

Before getting in touch with the team, check the information below to see if you can find what you need!

TRANSPORT

Affordable coach travel is available from a number of locations. We’re running coaches from Liverpool, Chester, and Llandudno, which will drop you off at the festival as the doors open and return you to the same location afterwards.

Parking is also available at the venue for a small fee of £8. Please note that all vehicles must be removed from the premises by midnight on the day of the event.

There are also several local taxi firms listed in the transport section of this website. For train times and routes, please check Trainline.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

This event is strictly for over 18s only, and a Challenge 25 policy will be in place. Please ensure you bring valid ID to avoid any disappointment at the door.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

We will be operating a token system at the bars. There will be several token stands located around the festival where you can purchase tokens to use for drinks. Please note that bars will not accept cash.

Food vendors will accept both cash and card payments at their stalls. Tokens are for bar purchases only.

LEAVING THE FESTIVAL

You will receive a wristband upon entry to the festival. Once you have entered, if you leave the site your wristband will be removed, and re-entry will not be permitted — once you’re in, you’re in.

There is no last entry time, so you are free to arrive at any point during opening hours. However, please note that re-entry is not allowed once you have left the event.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Bag checks and random searches may be conducted at the entrance. Bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited and any alcohol found will be confiscated upon entry.

Strictly no weapons, illegal substances, food, or personal alcohol is permitted on site.

DISABILITY ACCESS

The event aims to cater for disabled guests as best as possible. Disabled toilet facilities will be available, and staff will be on site to assist where needed. However, please note that some areas of the venue include stairs, steep slopes, and uneven surfaces, which may affect wheelchair access.

If you would like to bring a carer with you, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WEATHER

The event will be held outdoors, and all areas may be exposed to the weather. Please ensure you bring appropriate clothing and gear in case of showers. We’re hoping for clear skies, but as always in Wales, the weather can be unpredictable.
